What is the patient portal
The patient portal also known as ConnectMed is a centralised health management system which allows patients the flexibility to book from wherever, whenever. ConnectMed gives our patients access to book appointments online, order prescriptions and view results.
You will need to have your mobile number and email address recorded with us to enable you to complete the registration process. If you are a current patient and would like to join ConnectMed please email or call our reception and they will give you a form to fill out in order to activate your account.
